What I like about the pose is that it is an exaggeration of the reference picture. You have applied the animator's secret weapon being the animation principle of exaggeration. There are is a strong cross shape through the pose with crossing 'S' shape lines of action. I like the head being tilted as an aopposite action of the shoulders.
The pose could be improved with at least one foot solidly placed on the ground to give a stronger sense of balance. The right arm position could be experimented with to improve the silhouette. Currently the right hand id a bit lost in the body shape. Pushing the twist and curve in the body to create a dominant line of action (possibly through the left leg and up throgh the head) may help clear up the balance and energy in the pose.
